End punishment of the poor: a teach-in. Join local attorneys, community members, and our directly impacted neighbors in learning more about how changes to local policing, quality of life crime enforcement, and jail overcrowding are affecting our community and our most vulnerable neighbors. This event will be a panel discussion, followed by Q&A, and small group break-outs to brainstorm how we can take action as a community to end punishment of the poor in Charlotte.
