RESIDENCIES

About Residencies at Goodyear Arts:

Goodyear Arts offers residencies for excellent local visual, literary, and performing artists to develop work. The residencies are six-weeks long and include 24/7 private studio access, a $1,500 stipend, a $500 materials stipend, and culminate with an opening reception for a one-month exhibition and/or a showcase of non-visual work. Nine artists are selected for residencies each year. A number of applicants are offered one-month of 24/7 access to a project studio. The call for 2024 residencies will go out in November of 2023. Stay tuned to this website or out social media platforms for the call.

Special thanks to the Charlotte Infusion Fund and Camp North End, along with the generous support of individual and corporate donors who make these residencies possible.
